If you need to exchange a product or return it, follow these instructions:

If you need to make an exchange for another product, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in the same condition, both physical and packaging.
If the product has a manufacturing fault (not a fault of use or possible wear and tear), contact us immediately to resolve it.
If, for any reason, you regret the purchase, you can return the product within 15 days of receipt. The package should be in the same condition as you received it, and the product should have the hang tag. Be aware that the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges are not included.
